While playing Transylvania with DosBox 0.65 mode=pcjr, the top portion of the display becomes corrupted when switching between seeing the graphics or seeing your location/previous movements (Don't type anything just Hit Enter).

This does not happen if the game is set to CGA mode, and render options has no impact in the display corruption results.

CONFIRMED. It works using Loadfix before running it.

Thanks, WD! 😎

Double Confirmed...🤣

Thanks, wd!!!

You're the man!!!

FYI...Same problem/fix for The Crimson Crown (Transylvania II). Both games play/work beautifully now!

Thanks again. I really appreciate the responses and especially the fix.

The memory layout for the machine=pcjr is a bit odd, but works for
a wide range of games (sierra ones that need a lot of memory,
some others only work if the memory is rather small).
Thus loadfix is always a nice thing to try, especially different values
as parameter.

Thanks for the 'heads-up'. I did forgot about loadfix. The only other title I had to use it on is The Three Stooges. I actual set loadfix -10 for that game. However, I may try actually changing up the value as the only thing that "bothers" me about that title is at the start of the game, when the landlord/banker walks away from the old lady's home (Orphange), his graphic/sprite appears to become somewhat garbbled.

I do not know if it is a bug or not and it is *so* minor, I haven't posted anything about it yet (Heck, it could have been present on the actual Tandy machine). However, once I get the chance, I'm going to try another value besides 10 to see if there is any change. I have to test if it also appears in other display modes besides Tandy (Both The Three Stooges and Defender of the Crown look and sound best in Tandy Mode).

Nonetheless, thanks again wd for all the insight and info.
