Don't think it ran but might be worked around by ignoring the
nesting command (there doesn't seem to be any useful reason
why they enable it).

I just ran into the same problem.. Trying to revive old dos demos 😀
Now I got "Juice" by psychic link working.. Which haven't worked for me earlier (2 years ago).. Cool!

Any chances this will be fixed in the near future? Or is it some major thing that must be done?

Now, with Dosbox 0.71, the demo started. That same error message shows up after a little while though, but Dosbox continues.

However, the sound don't work properly. I hear something if I chose "internal speaker" in the demo.. But that doesn't sound that well, hehe..

With sb1 emulation, I hear some sound for about 1-1,5 second or so. Sbpro and sb16 gives some chopped, echoing sound .. But also stops within a few seconds.

The demo seems to work, apart from the sound though!
Feels like it's close.. 😀
