First you need to use DOSBox, not dosbot.
Second you need to install Windows 95 on an image in DosBox. You can't use your host filesystem.
Third you should really use another emulator to run Windows 95 like Qemu,VirtualBox,Vmware or VPC.

What about the 3.5 inch floppy version. I have not used the cd version of windows 95 and have only used the 3.5 floppy version. I have a question what is different betwen the floppy and cd versions of windows 95.
All the 3.5 floppy disks for windows 95 are in excellent condition and have not been used for at least over 7 years. Their sitting in nice cases and are not at all dusty.

One version is on floppies and the other is on a CD.

and you didn't ask a question so I have no idea why I'm answering.

I suspect that the floppy version is a downsized Windows 95 because I doubt it came on 50+ floppies.

The 95 OS on the CD is only like 33meg and the .CAB files are 2mg each. I think the 95 floppies were formatted using DMF for extra space.

I don't have the full floppy verision handy at the moment but the upgrade version on floppies is 13 disks and the files are 1.72meg

Is their extra features that the cd version has that are not included on the 3.5 floppy version?
Would i have to do an image for the 3.5 floppy version?

I think you've to ask what's not included in the floppy version.

Klimawandel.

That would be Hover.

Also missing is some 'you look just like buddy holly' video, and a few Bill Plympton shorts, as well as a sampler catalog, iirc.

In addition, Win95C disc came with demos like Hellbender.
