Hi there!

I was wondering if anyone could help me... I'm trying to run DIV Games Studio games with dosbox. If I try to run a game with 0.72 dosbox I get the following error message:

ERROR: Pentium(tm) or greater processor not found

I tryied to run on version 0.60 and it seemed to work, but it hangs the screen with the following message:

DMA Unaligned

Could you help me, please?!

Mmm... I was convinced DIV2 games were not a problem from v0.70. I remember then a friend asked me to see if a DIV2 game he owned, "Venus the flytrap", worked under DOSBox. It did, and so does under v0.72:

Now you have me in doubt, it has the DIV32RUN.DLL and DIV32RUN.SWP files on its folder, is it really a DIV2 game?

Hi,

I can assure it's a DIV2 game and it has its dlls in its folder, I developed that game 😉 (and I developed it under DIV2)

If you want to try it you can download the game from the following URL:

Many thanks!

I've tried with all my games and none of them works properly (all gave the Pentium Processor not found error). You can download the rest of them in the following URL:

http://www.poveravoce.net/modules.php?name=ga … /Software/Games

PD: Only half of them are made in DIV/DIV2

If someone reaches to make them work please tell me!!

Many thanks

Apologies for dragging up an old topic, but div (1+2) haave now been ported to most modern platforms and any games created with them can now be recompiled (with or without src prg ) to new system.

There are a lot of games already ported, and a new release of div is coming soon!
