hi everyone,

i did a search for this and didn't find any thread about this problem i'm having:
when playing rex nebular or dragonsphere in dosbox (0.72 or CVS) the games
crash or "hang" randomly (mostly when exiting a "room" i think). when this happens
i need to quit dosbox by terminating the process.

i formated my drive and reinstalled XP recently and am having this problem
since. on my old XP-installation i played rex nebular for hours and it never crashed.
this is really weird...it was the same dosbox version and i'm pretty sure the config
is mostly identical too (as are the settings in-game).

does anybody have any idea what might be causing this?
