I usede the search feature but it had 200 pages of matches... i looked up the first 10 but i did not find a threat about this
so
does anyone have a list of Dos games that have multiplayer (ipx modem etc / not split screen)
or atleast the link to the thread if there is one

Being the geeky and lonely type, having no friends at all, I've never tried multiplayer in DOSBox (; . But i think it's possible to play NetBIOS based games in multiplayer mode on DOSBox too, isn't it? A prominent example would be one of my all-time favourites, Magic Carpet. If it is possible, DosFreak needs to supply a third search string.

Ah, so NetBIOS seems to use IPX as a transport. Should have known that, but my lessons about the ISO/OSI layer model were a loooong time ago... (;
