Hi,

I recently discovered DOSBox as a way to run, and even develop my CAD system further (running 4DOS, I can edit, compile and link the CAD system 😮 ). An advantage too would be the video capture system, but I can't get it working. I got a special build from HAL9000 to support resolutions as high as VESA 1600x1200/256 colors 😁 . I wanted to document the system with small video's on a resolution of 1024*768 but no video player software wants to play the video's. I have installed the codec and still none of the players want to accept the captured video (Irfanview, MS multimedia player, VirtualDub) 🙁
BTW I am running DOSBox on Windows Vista. 😮

Any hints, please.

well vista is the cullprit i think. I don't remember wehter our codec installed on vista succesfully. Maybe some other vista user can tell you more about it.
