I try to play game DOG, and when i run game under DOSBOX it say that ... THis program must be run under Win 32 .. please help me ...

Nothing. That game must be a Windows game, and DOSBox is for DOS games only.
With a bit of luck you might be able to run it directly in Vista.

DOG is a frontend for running DOSbox, not a frontend running IN dosbox.
