I admit, I know next to nothing about code, porting, or dos, although I grew up on it. And that creates a problem. I'm running OS x 10. I've gotten my old shareware of Wolf3d running, w/ it's files on my harddrive. But I cannot get dosbox to read a cd. I've tried mounting several different names, I've tried naming the drive, but I'm stuck. Any help, would help. I've tried most guides and nothing helped so far. Thanks.

Read my 60 Seconds Guide to DOSBox (and don't just read it - follow it too).

If that doesn't help, come back with details on how you mounted your C and D drives, how you did the install, how you configured sound, music etc.

Reading the aptly named README file will be a good idea too.
