I'm having problems with it in DOS Box 0.72 and 0.73. Right after locking the mouse and moving it, DOS Box crashes with a message: "Exit to error: Ran out of Cacheblocks". In DOS Box page says it's supported but I still cannot get it to run. Works fine with VDMSound, though.
