maybe tell us exactly the commands you entered in dosbox to install it

Sure.

I mount the first CD with daemon, then in DOSBOX, like this:

mount c g:\

Then i write HARDLINE, the setup begins, the install directory is C:\HARDLINE, i press ok, it shows up the install bar but nothing happens, it wont install.

Read through some of the guide threads, and use a senseful mounting then which allows you to install the game.

mount c c:\dosgames [folder dosgames MUST exist on C drive)

mount d g:\ -t cdrom

Now you have a C drive (hard disk) and a D drive (CD-ROM)

FThen, change to the CD-ROM drive and invoke the installer.
