When i play rayman in DosBox all i get is the sounds i cant get the the music working and rayman is not the same without the music.And i think the music is included but im not for sure it has a music folder and it has files that say RAY1.lev and so on.
What soundcard have you configured?
I configured it in the setup i went to autodetect and it worked but all i get is the sound effect

I tryed both of them adlib dint work and the sounblaster jus had the sound effect
The music might be in CD format. Does this game come on a CD-Rom?

Or use D-Fend reloaded, which is a frontend and a lot easier to use (no command lines).
Well, Rayman cd have 25 CDA tracks, so - you just need to play with cd in drive.
"mount d l:\ -t cdrom" do the trick for me. L - my real dvd-drive letter.

Annoyingly the later versions of the game don't have any music. If you have the first edition then the music is CD audio tracks.
hi, I had the same problem, but i got rayman's music to work!!
in my case in using cd rom but its not really metter.
follow my steps:
1. mount your .iso file.
2. create a foulder called "oldgames" in your hard drive (c:\)
3. open DOSBOX and type:
mount c c:\oldgames
4. type: mount d z:\ -t cdrom -ioctl_dx
when the Z is the letter of your mounted iso file. and just so you know that the _DX adds your audio works/
5. type: D:\
6. type: install
7. your install should open, change your soundcart to soundblaster or soundblaster 16 and install the game.
8. now when you play the music should work!!!
