HI all!
I have a problem with right detection of cdrom speed in game "Fade to Black"
When I running the game on the screen appears (cdrom in mode "ioctl_dio"):

When I change the cdrom lowlevel support option to "noioctl"

the game runs without the messaging of cdrom speed but the game has no videos.

How to properly configure the cd rom drive? This is the first game where I have a problem with cdrom drive... does not matter if I start the game with DOSBox, DOSBox SVN or DOSBox launcher (v0.73).
