Does anybody know how to run Geoworks Ensemble with dosbox or an alternative solution? I still have a few geoworks files to convert but since my old computer gone gonzo I cannot run Geoworks anymore. However I have a Cd backup from my old computer with all the files. Geoworks cannot be executed with WIn ME afaik.
Possibly there are better solutions cuz I didn't try any different but I'll tell you what worked for me:
-A configuration file working with Windos 3.11 (Windows 3.1x DOSBox Guide)
-A hard drive image created according to the DOSBox guide (Sample usage of a harddisc image in DOSBOX)
-Full MS-DOS 6.22 installation
-Geoworks installation.
The funny thing is that I wasn't able to run it on PocketDOS
According to the GUI gallery at www.toastytech.com , you can download a free version of Breadbox Ensemble, the latest iteraiton of Geoworks, from http://www.breadbox.com/downloads.asp?id=38&c … tegory=Ensemble . I'd wager if they're still selling it that you should be able to run it on a newer PC. Perhaps it still uses a compatible file format?

I had tried the download, Ensemble Lite is not available.
