i'm running v0.61 and i cannot get voices on police quest 4, almost every other game i've installed has no voice/sound issues so i know the sound is working properly.

Check your RESOURCE.CFG in your installed directory. Make sure that it points to your CD and that you have the CD drive mounted as the same drive letter as in the RESOURCE.CFG file.
