Budokan has screen artifacts when using DOSBox dynamic CPU core. Normal CPU Core is OK though, and run wonderfully.

The dynamic CPU core is still in early stages of development, and should generally not be used. It is known to be rather buggy, so it's no surprise not everything runs as it should. When you're no developer, and using DOSBox to play you old games, always use the static core.

Static core? You must mean 'normal' or 'full', right? 😳
