Here's another one I just found: Gold Runner.

It already includes the CT-VOICE.DRV file but the SBFMDRV.COM file needs to be added separately (dosgames.com has a preconfigured version with all the required files, but the original ZIPs I found here do not have SBFMDRV.COM). The version I used is 1.32 SB16ASP from 15 Feb 1993.

I ripped out SBFMDRV.COM v1.31 from the Highway Hunter (1994) game. It's very strange that a Russian game uses a German driver.
