There was a previous post from 2018 about this one but the answer seemed vague:

Problem with WYSIWYG in Lotus 123 2.4 <- this one

and a user told this:
1) Enter WYSIWYG mode (":" key)
2) Go to Display-> Options-> Adapter-> Blink-> Yes
3) Go to Display-> Options-> Adapter-> Blink-> No
4) Go to Display-> Options-> Adapter-> 1 (VGA)

problem is I am not sure where to find this setting and get it working for me. I'm kind of new into DOSBox so I'm not sure where to find this setting and be able to get WYSIWYG working properly.
I just want to re-experience how it was using Lotus 1-2-3 instead of the typical MS-Excel today. I'm also going to do some printing to see how the output was before.

Difficult to not answer regarding the previous post, but DOSBox supports games only.
You are better of using DOSBox-X or any other forks that supports applications.

See this link for more details on why you should not use it:
DOSBox IS NOT SUITED TO RUN YOUR NON-GAMING DOS APPLICATION
