I've got a fairly nice, though somewhat grubby, IBM PC 365 dual Pentium Pro, into which I have installed a pair of Pentium Pro Overdrive CPUs, and an adjustable potentiometer fan power controller. Works great!

One issue, though, is that I can't seem to find the right 128MB DIMMs for it. The manual says:

Memory
􏰈 Maximum addressable: 512 MB
􏰈 Installed: EDO (extended data output) nonparity or ECC (error correcting code)
60 ns DIMMs
􏰈 Supported: EDO nonparity or error correcting code, 50 or 60 ns DIMMs
􏰈 Four 168-pin DIMM sockets, 3.3 V dc

So, based on that, I have bought several sets of 4x 128MB modules, but none of them are quite keyed properly. Does anyone have a part number for RAM (hopefully that I can find!) that will definitely work? I found the following on MemoryStock.com:

MICRON 128MB EDO ECC PC 365 S200 6589-XXX MEMORY RAM, MEMORYSTOCK PART NO: 27MS-138

Dell cretified Micron original 128mb Edo ECC 3.3v 168Pin non-buffered System Compatible Memory. Compatible memory for PC 365 S200 6589-xxx

Unfortunately, MemoryStock is out of stock of those Micron modules, and I can't find them anywhere else.

Any leads are appreciated!

Does it look like this?
(I have put a common PC-133 SDRAM below it to see the similarity of the pins, and the slightly offset notch)

So, here's a comparison of the alignment notches on the DIMMs that work, and those that don't:

The 64MB modules shown are recognized, but 4 of them only seem to get detected as 64MB total. Not sure if that's 1 x 64Mb or 4 x 16MB. The 128MB module shown doesn't physically fit, though it was specified to meet all of the requirements mentioned above.

Thanks!
