I have a board named "386 cache", 8 x 30 pin simm slots, motherboard with AMI bios, based on SiS rabbit chipset 85C310, C320 and C330, unknown maker. Oscillator socketed has 66.6666 for 33MHz operation, intel 386DX 33 installled.

What memory modules can be supported? What about 4MB simms other than 1MB simms?

One is U40 20 pin and other one U43 28 pin.

How can I add photos to here?

Thanks and cheers,

To add a picture the easy way: take a picture and upload to your computer. Make sure it is a .JPG if possible.
When you post click Attachments and then +Add Files. It will open a Browse to window....
Choose your file, then on the line with your image: Choose a license (drop down) and pick a type, for my own photos, off ebay or Google I usually use Public Domain since they are.....😁
Then click submit 😀

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Thanks for the photos. I can see 3 close matches on Ultimate Retro (2807, 2808 and 5261). None of them quite match. One says it supports 8MB, one 16MB (8MB on board, 8MB on an external card) and the other 32MB (plus 32MB on an external card). Based on the arrangement of the cache chips, I think this is the closest match: https://www.ultimateretro.net/en/motherboards/2808 , but it's not quite right (shows an on board battery, missing JP5 by the memory slot, JP18 by the CPU, JP7 by the 85C310, etc...).

Links to the other two:
https://www.ultimateretro.net/en/motherboards/2807
https://www.ultimateretro.net/en/motherboards/5261

From those it looks like U43 is TAG RAM - 32kx8
Don't know about U40. It's 20 pin and looks to connect to the 85C310 (apparently a memory controller), so could maybe be a 74244 / 74245?

There's a datasheet for the 85C310 here: https://www.datasheetarchive.com/85C310-datasheet.html (first entry under Context Search).
