I've got a V4S471 that's flaky and I believe it's due to either a bad component or bad solder joints in the AT bus clock generator. There's a via with a small, broken piece solder on it that I'm not sure is supposed to be there or not connecting to an SMD component. I know there are a couple people who have this motherboard here, so if possible, can I get a high-resolution picture of your board's area around the 14MHz crystal and TAG SRAM chip to compare with mine?
