Correct me if I'm wrong.
But I don't think ABIT did model specific CD's in this era.
Just different versions that were shipped with all boards, well at least all boards of the same type.
I have a few of them, and there's nothing on them that indicates to what motherboard they were included.
And as PC hoarder says above the "BX-1.66" just indicates that it was included with a BX chipset board.

yeah so it turns out the bx 1.66 was the right cd , I think its for most of their boards of the time
