Don't have any of these (sadly) but both 16bit and 32bit ODI drivers exist for them and they work well with the various emulation/virtualisation options and all the DOS NetWare clients. I assume you'd get 100Mbps from a real card with them.

For convenience I've put all the PCnet drivers here: https://ftp.zx.net.nz/pub/drivers/AMD/pcnet/. There are packet and NDIS drivers of various flavors in there too of ODI is no good.
