Finishing up an ITX Win XP build and I'm having issues with the fans. Basically both stick to the lowest speed and don't ramp up any. Tried the handful of controls available in bios with no result (autodetect enabled guns them on boot then they go back to idle). I figure I may as well just control it myself and I know fanspeed is the main suggestion, but for whatever reason it doesn't read the speed (shows it as 20 rpm) and the fans don't respond to the controls. Any other suggestions or does anyone have similar issues with Intel Desktop boards?
