ASUS P5VD2-MX SE motherboard has a strange problem when booting into Windows 98SE. Well, when no devices (mouse, flash drive) are connected to the USB ports, the system starts without any problems. However, when a flash drive or a mouse is connected, this error is shown:

Changing the settings in the BIOS does not help. When I boot up the system and connect the mouse, it works fine. The flash drive is also recognized, you can access it, but when I start copying something from it, Windows freezes.
