Anyone heard of this card before?

Apparently, they were some kind of an MPEG-2 card for Mac OS 9. Software is long lost to time, Archive.org archives of the site point to a very dead FTP server.

I know it would be practically useless, but I thought y'all would get a kick out of the TiVo-esque MPEG chipset on there and the interesting colored PCB!
