Nice videos thanks 🙂
This is my current setting- do i need something else except faster Ram modules for 0WS ?

My Retrosystems:
PIII on GA-6BA running Win98SE
AMD K6 233 on GA-586HX with Win95
Tandon 286-8MHZ Running DOS 6.22 on XTIDE-CF

No, your limitation for 0WS on Ram is only your modules (assuming that the board works fine).
Other options maybe more important for performance. Like "AT clock select".
Now I have done many videos on this M326 M/B. Including a review optimization one here:

Then on a later video I also used an award bios like yours.
I also unlocked bios options so even better performance.

Amazing project! Any chance of producing 45ns or 40ns modules with parity? I'm running a FX-3000 motherboard with 386DX overclocked to 50mhz, and 60ns modules are capped at 1 WS. The mobo seems to require parity.

Builds:

  • ECS FX-3000; 386DX-40@50; ET4000AX, ISA 1mb
  • Acer VI9; 486DLC-40; Mach32, VLB 2mb
  • Chicony CH-471A; CX486s-40; Mach32, VLB 2mb
  • Gateway 2000 P5-60; Pentium-60@66; S3 928, PCI 3mb
  • DTK PKM-0033S; AM5x86-133@160

Thank you, I have no plans right now for <50ns modules with parity.
I can make something like that, but it is always about availability of chips in a reasonable cost.
Even my 1 MB 45ns modules (no parity) are now out of stock.

Does anybody know if these are still available? I was hoping to order this as well as some other products from @galanopu from their website but am not sure if he/she is still active and selling products. Their (super interesting!) YouTube channel hasn't had an update for a bit so I'm a bit nervous just putting an order if they've gone dark and they may no longer be fulfilling orders. I twice tried using the contact link on the product website, but I think it might be broken since I didn't hear back.

Thank you all for the interest. Unfortunately I was just too busy the last months. So everything is more or less on pause now.
I do everything alone here and I have on top a day engineering job that just got more demanding now.

On the topic of memories, after selling the first batch I started having problems with fake chips, this really set me back.
Now I have stock again but I really need time to build and test these that I do not have.
My focus is now on designing new stuff and sorting my big collection of retro hardware.

If you end up making the 4MB 1chip 30 pin simms, I’d take some.
