i did a full recap replaced the degauser block 'monitor turns off after couple of sec
i tested the flyback by disconnecting the neckboard monitor stays on so flyback is stil good !
friend says x ray protection is kiking in and shuts down the monitor
any one has a schematic for a

Usually Xray protection kicks in when it thinks tube voltage is too high, that will be because it is actually too high, the reference is wrong, or deterioration of the detection circuit.

I guess I had solder problems one on I had back in the day, went glitchy and gave it the big old whack out of frustration and it started working again.

i got it working stable b+ was to low it was 93v dc i have set it to 95v
