I've read that some "high end" CF Cards support TRIM, but is there a way to know if mine do before installing?

Also I'm seeing two DOS TRIM programs online, is it better to use RLOEWE's utility or DOSFSTRIM?

Install the Intel SSD Toolbox. Under View Drive Information look for Word 169, Bit 0 - Data Set Management Supported. If that bit is 1, Trim is supported.
CrystalDiskInfo might also be able to tell you.

I don't have any experience with DOS trim programs, so I can't help you out there.

Look for R.Loews Trim.
It should include a TRIMCHK.EXE that checks for Trim support of the drive.
