i have a master recorder a CDU921S and looking for the win9x driver. The Drive shows up on win but device manager show no driver installed. win98se cd dont have the driver on board. Its an old Caddy Drive. Im pretty sure i had on day the driver for it but cant find it any more. Also searched for hours now but no luck..

Anyone have some old sony cd drivers where the unit is include?

A SCSI cdwriter drive that needs a specific driver for reading? Dang. Odd, Just leaving this comment to follow the thread. sorry, no idea about the driver.

Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.

Yeah you need to make sure the scsi adapter drivers are fully installed.....

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

the aha 1542cp is installed and showing up without errors. But the drive itself need a driver. I will try the adaptec cd creator software.

edit: the adaptec creator software installed the driver. Its working now, thanks alot guys!

Have you tried loading a standard generic included in w9x scsi cdrom driver for it ?
