Hi,

The title basically says it all: I'm looking for a tool (DOS or Win9x) that correctly reads and/or displays the clockspeeds for graphics core and memory on Matrox cards - possibly from the first Millenium/Mystique onwards.

I know that Matrox hasn't been very open about clock speeds in most of it's designs, only with G400 and Parhelia there was open advertisement of differently clocked SKUs.

What I've tried so far are:
- Powerstrip (old and new versions)
- MGA Tweak 1.20b
-mclck 094a
and of course MTSTU50204. They seem to work only on G200 and newer.

Do any of you have some guru tricks to correctly read those clocks?

Have some clocks at millenium cards, so think i get them from whatvga. But this sw isnt realiable much. Think it shows memory clocks. Just run any resolution from "Test extended modes" and when it ends, it sometimes show clock at some cards (think wont work on Impression Plus&Ultima).

Matrox policy was/is 10% clock tolerance within each SKU, so they really do not want to give out exact number. And it often happens with their new hardware. But for example Mystique clocks were ranging from 50 to 66 and they could not be bothered to differentiate between the four variants.
