Need help please I'm wondering if any of you know who made this card and where can I find the jumper pinout for it.

The chip is a Winbond W83787IF 007AB192371602ND and the only reference on the printed circuit board is SIO-V2.1

It looks like it's been made around March 2000 according to the date sticker.

Only i know is that the company Diamond Flower Inc (DFI) made cards like MIO / VIO marked cards.. So i think it wouldnt be weird if they also made like SIO marked cards. But iam not 100% sure offcourse.
