I'm searching the jumper setting for this card:

Because as the jumpers are set now, no floppy or hd will be detected.
I set them as it says in the manual of the IDE PLUS V3 card from Lucky Goldstar. But this seems to be the wrong settings.
The FCC ID says KJD KEN-IDE PLUS V3L and is based on the Goldstar Prime 2 Chip
