I've just got a Voodoo 4 4500 AGP and just plug it in my p2 350 and ... i power the beast up, the fan on the card spin and ... no post ... nothing on the screen, and the computer seem to go like nothing is wrong. Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong?

Also see if you find a clear CMOS jumper on the motherboard to reset the settings.

Not all PSUs are created equally (even if both say they are 250W). But you could always simply swap PSUs around so you can rule out the PSU as a possible cause.
