Hi,

does anyone know howto get rid of onboard USB on the Gigabyte TX3 ?
I really need the IRQ for other purposes.
The BIOS has no Option for disable, maybe i can add it somehow ?

Thanks for help!

If you already have the latest BIOS from Gigabyte then TweakBIOS is your only other option.

If this doesn't work then there's nothing else you can do. Good luck.

Ooohh, the pain......

Sucks that there is no way to buy that software anymore.

Disabling onboard PCI devices to free up IRQs is always the wrong way to go - you should always have 4 IRQs allocated for PCI slots. Go into the BIOS, disable the "PnP OS" option and set the needed IRQs as "Legacy ISA", that should free them up.
Also, some BIOSes will let you pick the four PCI IRQs (INTA, INTB, INTC, INTD). You can try changing those instead,
