Hi folks,

I'm typing on my lovely new/old 1994 Model M IBM keyboard. Lovely! However just one key is having problems - the '+' key on the numpad. It won't depress, and is an effort to actually push down. All other keys seem nice and springy.

I popped the cover off and it looks absolutely fine. The only thing I've noticed is that the plastic 'guide' sitting in the lower hole may be upside down, compared to the key below (numpad Enter). But I can't pull the thing out - it's stuck fast.

Any suggestions?
