Today I scavenged a Gigabyte GA-6VXE7+, and was wondering if anyone has used this board with Tualatin Pentium IIIs. According to their support list: http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu … p.aspx?pid=2410 I can expect to use some sort of Tualatin CPU, but they don't specify cache sizes.

Dual Katmai Pentium III (450 and 600MHz), 512ish MB RAM, 40 GB HDD, ATI Rage 128 | K6-2 400MHz / Pentium MMX 166, 80MB RAM, ~2GB Quantum Bigfoot, Awful integrated S3 graphics.

If one Tualatin works they all should work, the manufacturer probably hasnt tested the 512KB cache version though and thats why it isnt listed.

Awesome! If I'm not mistaken, that would make it one of the few Tualatin-S boards with both AGP and ISA.

Thats correct 😀

I found a Gigabyte GA-6VX7-4X (almost the same board) some time ago in a dumpster, my board doesnt have the ISA slot soldered although there is a space for one.
