To my knowledge, both aren't a great fit for PPro, since they have a bunch of legacy 16 bit code. The Win95 originally had some issues with the new architecture, but the bugs were fixed with later patches.

Is Win95c slower than Win95b? My installation of Win95c doesn't have the IE4 "enhancements". After installing Win95c, the OS tries to auto install IE4 upon boot, but you can cancel that operation.

but without IE4 it is 95B 🤣
