I was reading their client testimonials, and it said that EA/origin bundled a free version of deluxe with the ultima collection! Though I guess technically, you're meant to still buy it for use outside of those games.
It's an older version of MoSlo Deluxe (2.1 I believe) but it does have more features than the current free version, such as changing speed in-game as well as the RTC slowdown method, which I never got working smoothly (at least not with Ultima IV on a 486)
