latest BIOS is dated 2006-9-22 its filename is da3i6907.bin

Happy to help . I have been looking for Epox/Ipox BIOSes for a while (I have an Ipox 3ETI23) and one site I found happened to have some info on your board, including BIOS file names . Then it was just a question of plugging the file name into a search engine .
