Anyone knows if GA-5AX motherboard supports older socket 5 pentium cpus? I have a broken K6-2 cpu and I am wondering if I can put older pentium cpu there for purpose of testing the motherboard itself.

Yes. You should just need to change the appropriate jumpers for voltage, fsb, and multiplier. EDIT: All you need courtesy of Phil here on these forums actually! https://www.philscomputerlab.com/gigabyte-ga-5ax-rev-52.html

Main pc: Asus ROG 17. R9 5900HX, RTX 3070m, 16gb ddr4 3200, 1tb NVME.

Note that it only seems to support 66MHz and higher FSB. If that's the case, Pentium 75 and 90 won't work (without overclocking, which probably wouldn't work on early P54 s) and Pentium 120 will either have to be underclocked to 100MHz or overclocked to 133MHz.

Edit:
Just checked the Gigabyte site and they still actually have full support info for this venerable old beast:

No FSB below 66MHz indeed.

I saw the specs earlier, but I never saw those earlier non-mmx socket 5 pentium cpus mentioned in them.

I only have 100Mhz with 50Mhz FSB and 90Mhz with 60Mhz FSB when it comes to those socket 5 pentiums.

Pentium 100 uses 1.5x66MHz, not 2x50MHz, so that should be no problem.

It had always been set as 50Mhz FSB in it's original motherboard and lowest I have been able to underclock it was 75Mhz using 1.5x multiplier.

Didn't even know these existed.. but 1,5x 66 will not be a problem.
