I am looking to upgrade my Socket 478 system. The CPU support on the website is a bit rubbish:

So, moving on, the specs of the motherboard:

So based on the chipset and frontside bus speed limit of 533MHz, would I be looking at a Northwood 2.8GHz 533MHz FSB or a 3GHz 400Mhz FSB?

I've got a 3GHz HT (I think) 800MHz FSB SL7PM which is not supported by the motherboard so I know it can't take late P4 CPUs.
