I just purchased this laptop but I can't find the software for it anywhere. I think someone screwed it up, because the resolution is locked at 600x400, and it's got Windows ME on it instead of 95 (won't let me format it either, and I have no boot disk via floppy drive, because I don't have the floppy drive attachment). It's also It's super obscure. Can someone help me out?

I tried to install it, but yet again it gave me the same mumbo jumbo about a restore floppy disk and whatnot, and my laptop doesn't even have a floppy drive currently. I don't even know where to find the floppy drive!

What other boot options do you have - CD, USB - which might give you wider access to drive wiping / format utilities. You could remove the hard disk completely (I assume it's a standard laptop drive) and connect it to another computer (may need a 44 to 40 pin adapter cable for the purpose).
