Is there anywhere to get third party heatsync / fan combos for retro video cards? In general, for any card but specifically looking for 9600XT right now...

Performance PCs in the US still have a bunch of old video coolers. Pricing isn't fantastic on all of it though. Just depends how serious you are about good quality, NOS coolers.
Searching "vga heatsink" on eBay will give you plenty of results. I usually prefer the round one with the larger fins, and it's also universal (fits on many GPUs). It does a great job on my 9800 PRO.
