With that number I found a ebay item that looks just like my card. Mine say 5019578-01 C01 the ebay item is 5019578-01 D01, and the Digital sticker has some more info(A09-DE212), dont know if this is exact same as mine should have been. My card has the number DE212 on the back panel tho..
This is the Sticker from the Ebay item, mine just say Digital

You could ask in comp.sys.ibm.ps2.hardware newsgroup. If the driver is availiable anywhere, somebody there will know.
Despite tons of MCA equipment in my basement, I dont own this board, so I am not sure if I have any drivers.

Thanks alot!
that http://www.walshcomptech.com was very useful!
I have played around with wayoldmachine a bit, I always do the .com.tw try on any manufacturer, and as it say Digital made in taiwan on the card, that was the first i did 😀 But it only links me to stupid compaq.com.tw in taiwanese 😀 This is to old for waybackmachine even, and bad luck compaq bought digital or how the story goes...

Glad those links were some use to you.

In fact the NICs in the EtherWORKS MC range are referenced on the main Compaq support menu pages on Waybackmachine, but unfortunately they point to old Digital URLs, in this case http://www.networks.digital.com/dr/nics/, and like other Digital links, they've been specifically excluded from the archive.
