I'm currently building a retro machine with a case which has a rocker switch (to be delivered by Aliexpress atm) and a speed display. Will be a quite nice machine when its ready. 😀
One point I came across is the turbo display. I dont know how to wire it up and dont want to risk to damage it. I'm not 100% sure if the display belongs to the case. The display is labeled "DP-523" and has a four pin connector to get power and probably connect something else. Searching the forum I found http://www.minuszerodegrees.net/led_speed_dis … 0-%20DP-524.jpg, but these type of display uses a six pin connector.
Could someone give me a hint on how to connect the display the proper way?
Back in the days I repaired and assembled a ton of 386+ machines, but never took a speed display apart. They were already installed.
