Looking for the name / specs of this fuse.. I like to replace it due a broken lead.. (think that the damage is happen due transport)

There´s a rating printed somewhere on the fuse. It´s usually something between 1A and 4A. The voltage doesn´t matter. Just look for a "slow blow" type with a form factor that fits best.
