Hey again, I have that particular PC which has only one small issue, MIDI emulation doesn't work with aweutil but as MPU-401 does.
PC specs:
64MB RAM EDO-SIMM
S3 Virge DX
AM486DX4-S, 100MHz
AWE64 Value aka CT4500
FDD, CD-ROM
Motherboard... dunno but I guess BIOSTAR something (I can check if that's important).

Any way to make it work? Error I'm reciving:
ERR014: Feedback Path Error.

That issue was fixed, the problem was a lack of jumper on MFBEN pins! Now either external MIDI devices works or emulation through this Sound Blaster AWE64. 😁

It took so long to find this issue. 😀
