FX!32 allowed x86 programs to run on the Dec Alpha for NT4 and 2000.
Just Windows programs, for DOS you'd probably be better off compiling DOSBox for Alpha (or mabye DOSBox will work with FX!32) but you'd only be playing extremely old DOS games on it heh.
