Yes, 1.04, but you need luck to get the minimum C5 stepping, better C6 (because C5 could run unstable with enabled Super Bypass) stepping of the AMD 751 chipset for Super Bypass support. There are also Rev. 1.04 of the K7M on the market with C3 stepping.

The Super Bypass option is grayed out in the bios, if the chipset is older than Revision C5!
